Gladioli Byzantinus 2L Perennial Plant
Gladioli are called 'sword lilies' for their long, pointed leaves. The tall flower spikes produce large ruffled flowers that emerge from rolled-up buds. At the bottom of the flower spike is a clump of sword-like foliage. Plant at the back of a border or bed, or display in a container for a colourful centerpiece to any garden.
Where to grow Gladioli
Plant in a sunny position with well-draining soil. Keep the space free from strong, cold drafts.
How to grow Gladioli
Water enough to keep the soil moist but not wet, changing frequency as the weather changes. Fertilise with a diluted liquid feed once a fortnight in the summer and spring. In autumn, much around the base and trim away any dead foliage to allow new growth in spring.
This GLADIOLI byzantinus comes in a 2 litre pot
