Philodendron Lemon Micans, also known as Golden Pothos or Devil's Ivy, is a popular trailing houseplant known for its heart-shaped leaves and ease of care. Here are some care tips for this plant:

  1. Light: Philodendron Lemon Micans prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can burn the leaves.

  2. Water: Water the plant when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Overwatering can cause root rot, so be sure to allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.

  3. Humidity: This plant prefers higher humidity levels, but can tolerate lower levels. Mist the leaves occasionally, or place the plant on a pebble tray filled with water to increase humidity.

  4. Temperature: Philodendron Lemon Micans prefers temperatures between 60-85°F (16-29°C).

  5. Soil: Plant in a well-draining soil mix, such as a mix of peat moss and perlite.

  6. Fertilizer: Fertilize the plant once a month during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

  7. Pruning: Prune the plant to maintain its shape and encourage bushier growth. Trim off any yellow or brown leaves, and pinch off the tips of the vines to encourage branching.

  8. Propagation: Philodendron Lemon Micans is easy to propagate through stem cuttings. Simply take a cutting with at least one node, and place it in water or soil until roots form.
