Yes. If you would like to return any of your purchases we accept returns for 15 days after the date of delivery. We ask that you let us know within the first 3 days that you intend to return the product and it should be returned in the condition that you received it. If you could include your order number and reason for return inside the box, this will help us to process your refund quickly and properly. You should receive a full refund within seven working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for the cost of returning an item for you. We also ask that you use a recorded delivery service to return the items as we will not be able to process the return should the products go missing in transit.

If you have not yet received your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the order. Just contact us with details of the order you are cancelling. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched but once you have received the order, you can return it to us for a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us to confirm dispatch and containing a tracking number with a link to our courier’s website. In addition, you can log in to your account on our website to check on the progress of your order.

If your plants arrive in a poor condition, please let us know as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving the order as this will help us to deal with your damaged order properly. If your plants are not up to scratch, please email us a photograph of the plant so we can send it over to our plant experts to improve our service and prevent the same damage from occurring in the future.

Please bear in mind that the condition and look of plants may differ throughout the year so, if you choose a deciduous shrub in the winter, it will look pretty bare when you receive it! This doesn’t mean the plant is dead or in poor condition, it’s just out of season and the plant will continue to grow once the weather warms up. Perennial plants are unlikely to show above soil level in a pot during the winter.

If you are concerned about your plants, please let us know and email us a photograph so we can pass it over to our plant experts so that they can assess whether there is a problem.

If you receive something you haven’t ordered, just contact us within 3 days and let us know what the problem is. Our customer service team will provide you with information on how to return the item to us.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver overseas. This is because we source our plants from the UK and want them to turn up in the best condition!
We love to supply plants to wholesale customers! We have recently supplied plants to a number of businesses, from office environments to retail businesses and restaurants. We have many more plants than shown on our shop, including our large plant range. If you have something specific in mind we can help your source it through both our local and international contacts. As we are an online shop, we are not able to provide the facility for you to come and view our plants in person. This is the only way we can keep our costs low and pass our savings on to you. If you’d like more information about any of our plants, please get in touch and our team can help you with any questions you might have.
We have developed our very own plant friendly packaging to keep your new plants safe and sound. It's 100% recyclable and uses recycled material too! Our innovative packaging holds multiple plants in the same packaging, allowing you to add as many plants as you need to the same delivery, all for one flat delivery cost. We have partnered with DX, Royal Mail and Parcel Force to give you the best experience when buying from us. We have worked closely with these couriers to ensure our boxes are handled with care and are delivered in the best possible condition.
Our packing days are currently on a Wednesday or Thursday and we have a next day service meaning your plants will be delivered on a Thursday, or sometimes a Friday depending on location.
We love to talk plants! If you have any specific care questions we would be very happy to answer them, just drop us a message and we will come back to you as soon as possible! We also include a printed care guide that will be included in your box with your plants and lets you know about: - What to do on arrival - Best location for your new plants - Watering requirements - Repotting advice - Best Soil types Note we do not provide a care guide with our cuttings as there are many different methods of propagation. Please contact us prior to propagation if you would like advice.
1st Nov 2020 - We are currently operating as normal and do not have any covid-19 related delays. If a delay occurs we will message you personally to let you know of any issues.
All our plants are sent direct from the nursery to you. This means they are as fresh as possible, but does mean that we are unable to send specific plant photos.
We will monitor the temperatures over the winter, and If the temperature drops below an acceptable level we will notify you that we are holding shipment until the temperature rises. In our experience the delay is normally less than a week. We also sell heat packs that last for 72 hours. These can be additionally purchased in our listings and will be added to your order as they are packed.
