More about your Monstera plant

The Monstera is a species of evergreen tropical plants native to Central America. One of the most popular houseplant varieties, this genus is famous for the holes that form in their leaves that give them the nickname ‘swiss cheese plant’ . The best known varieties of this plant are the Monstera Deliciosa and Monstera Adansonii. How to look after Monstera

As a tropical house plant species Monstera’s thrive in bright, but indirect light. Species with a lot of variegation are best kept in slightly lower lights as they are more prone to scalding. If you get the lighting right then Monstera plant care is easy. They only need watering lightly once a week. Allow the soil to dry out before watering.
