Alocasia Jacklyn, also known as Alocasia Tandurusa is thought to be a mutation of Alocasia Portei from Sulawesi.
This alocasia is an impressive houseplant that brings a simple, yet effective display into the home. Particularly effective in a scandi, minimalist or Japanese style room, it will be effective in any space if treated well. The alocasia Jacklyn produces irregular arrow- shaped leaves that bring texture and a unique look to your space. Each leaf combines a light-green colour with a criss-crossing of almost black veins that give it a stone like effect that fits well in any space. This fantastic ornamental plant is a great addition to the home for collectors and novices alike.
How to care for your alocasia
Loving bright, but indirect light, this Alocasia would look great in the corner of a living room or hallway. Keep the leaves misted regularly and try to keep away from draughts, if possible, this is a houseplant that will thrive in the bathroom as it loves warmth and humidity. You should water regularly to keep the soil moist but not soggy and fertilize with a liquid feed once a month during the hottest months of the year for healthy looking leaves and good growth.

Alocasia Jacklyn is considered toxic if ingested. Keep out of reach of pets and children and always wash your hands after handling.
