Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

The Phalaenopsis 'Limelight' orchid is a captivating variety, renowned for its vibrant and distinctive flowers. Caring for a 60-70cm Phalaenopsis 'Limelight' orchid in a 12cm pot involves adhering to certain care requirements to ensure its health and vitality. Here's a detailed guide:
Lighting: Phalaenopsis orchids, like the 'Limelight', prefer bright, indirect light. A spot near an east or west-facing window is often ideal. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
Temperature: Keep the orchid in a comfortable temperature range between 18°C and 24°C. Protect it from drafts and avoid placing it near extreme heat or cold sources.
Humidity: These orchids thrive in high humidity environments. Use a humidity tray or a room humidifier to maintain adequate humidity levels, particularly in drier conditions.
Watering: Water about once a week, allowing the top inch of the potting mix to dry out slightly between waterings. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot.
Feeding: Fertilize with a balanced orchid fertilizer every two weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) and reduce to monthly in the autumn and winter.
Potting Mix and Repotting: Use a specific orchid potting mix, which provides proper drainage and air flow. Repot the orchid every 2-3 years or when the potting medium begins to break down.
Flowering: After the flowers fall, encourage new blooms by cutting the stem above a visible node. If the stem turns yellow or brown, cut it back to the base.
General Maintenance: Regularly clean the leaves and ensure good air circulation to prevent disease. Keep an eye out for pests like aphids or spider mites.
By adhering to these care instructions, your Phalaenopsis 'Limelight' orchid should flourish, adding a splash of bright color and elegance to your space. It's important to remember that orchids can be sensitive, so you may need to adjust care routines based on your specific environment and the orchid's response.
