The Pink Hues Collection celebrates the softer side of houseplants, featuring foliage with splashes, streaks, or full washes of pink, rose, and blush tones. These plants bring a cheerful, romantic energy to interiors and pair beautifully with neutral or pastel decor. Each plant in the collection has unique care requirements, but they all thrive with good light and a little attention to detail. Whether subtle or dramatic, pink foliage adds a truly special touch to your home jungle.

🌿 1. Aglaonema 'Pink Star'

A compact plant with lush, lance-shaped leaves in bright pink with green margins. It’s one of the easiest pink plants to grow, ideal for beginners.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light (tolerates medium light but may lose colour)

  • Water: Allow top 2–3 cm of soil to dry between waterings

  • Humidity: Moderate to high

  • Soil: Well-draining, peat-based mix

  • Feeding: Monthly during growing season

  • Notes: Avoid cold draughts; leaf edges may brown in dry air

🌿 2. Syngonium 'Pink Robusta'

A lovely vining or bushy aroid with soft pink, arrow-shaped leaves, especially vibrant when young. Easy to care for and fast-growing.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light

  • Water: Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy

  • Humidity: Prefers high humidity (50%+)

  • Soil: Aroid mix or regular mix with added perlite

  • Feeding: Every 4–6 weeks in spring/summer

  • Notes: Pinch tips to keep compact or allow to climb for a lush look

🌿 3. Philodendron ‘Pink Princess’ (High Variegation)

A rare and eye-catching plant with dramatic pink splashes on deep green to black leaves. The more pink, the more light it needs — and the more special it becomes.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light (essential for maintaining variegation)

  • Water: Water when top 3–5 cm of soil is dry

  • Humidity: Moderate to high (60%+ ideal)

  • Soil: Chunky, well-draining mix (perlite, bark, and coco coir)

  • Feeding: Fortnightly with balanced or nitrogen-light fertiliser

  • Notes: Rotate regularly for even growth; too much green? Cut back to promote variegation

🌿 4. Ficus elastica 'Belize'

Also known as the Pink Rubber Plant, this striking plant has large leaves streaked with pink, cream, and green. Bold and architectural, it thrives in bright spots.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light (morning sun tolerated)

  • Water: Water when top third of soil is dry

  • Humidity: Average to moderate; mist occasionally

  • Soil: Well-draining potting mix with perlite or sand

  • Feeding: Monthly in growing season

  • Notes: Wipe leaves to keep them glossy; loves consistency — avoid moving often

🌿 5. Croton ‘Mammy’ (Codiaeum variegatum ‘Mammy’)

A colourful and bold plant with twisting leaves in shades of pink, red, orange, and green. Loves sun and high humidity for its best colour display.

  • Light: Bright, direct or strong filtered light

  • Water: Water when top few cm of soil are dry

  • Humidity: High — mist regularly or use a humidifier

  • Soil: Fast-draining potting soil

  • Feeding: Every 2–3 weeks during active growth

  • Notes: Can drop leaves if moved or unhappy; keep conditions stable

Tropical Glasshouse Nursery: Our plants are nurtured in our tropical glasshouse nursery located in Lincolnshire, where we maintain an average temperature of 16°C. We do not use cold warehouses, ensuring optimal conditions for plant health.

Plastic Nursery Pots: All our plants are supplied in practical plastic nursery pots. If you prefer a more decorative option, we offer a range of stylish pots available for purchase separately.

Non-Consumable: Please note that our plants are intended for ornamental purposes only unless specifically stated as edible. Ensure you check product descriptions carefully if you are looking for edible varieties.

Variable Heights: The height of our plants can vary by approximately +/- 10%. This natural fluctuation ensures you receive a unique and healthy specimen.

Plant Pot Sizes: Pot sizes may vary by approximately +/- 1cm. To ensure a proper fit, we recommend selecting a decorative pot that is 1-2cm larger than the stated plant pot size. For instance, if you purchase a plant in a 17cm pot, a 18 - 19cm decorative pot would be ideal.

Quarantining: All our houseplants are regularly sprayed with a preventative systemic bug treatment. We do our best to ensure a bug free growing environment however sometimes these can unfortunately be missed, as such we always recommend quarantining plants when they first enter your home and checking them upon arrival for bugs.
