🌱 1. Pothos ‘Jade’ (Epipremnum aureum ‘Jade’)

A classic cultivar with solid, rich green, heart-shaped leaves. Vigorous and reliable, it’s one of the easiest houseplants to grow.

  • Light: Low to bright, indirect light

  • Water: Water when top 3–5 cm of soil is dry

  • Humidity: Tolerates average home humidity

  • Soil: Standard houseplant mix with perlite

  • Feeding: Monthly in growing season

  • Notes: Can be grown trailing or climbing; extremely beginner-friendly

🌱 2. Pothos ‘Scandens’ (Philodendron scandens / Heartleaf Philodendron)

Often included with pothos for its similar habit, this has deep green, heart-shaped leaves on fast-growing vines. Soft and romantic in appearance.

  • Light: Medium to bright indirect light

  • Water: Allow top few cm to dry out

  • Humidity: Moderate to high preferred

  • Soil: Aroid mix or standard soil with added perlite

  • Feeding: Every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer

  • Notes: Easy to propagate; great in hanging pots or climbing supports

🌱 3. Philodendron micans

Technically a philodendron, but often grouped with pothos due to its trailing habit and low-maintenance nature. Leaves are velvety with bronze and deep green tones, adding richness and texture.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light

  • Water: Water when top 2–3 cm of soil is dry

  • Humidity: Moderate to high

  • Soil: Well-draining, airy aroid mix

  • Feeding: Monthly with balanced fertiliser

  • Notes: Beautiful trailing or climbing; soft, tactile foliage makes it a favourite

🌱 4. Pothos ‘Marble Queen’

This cultivar is known for its striking white-and-green marbled leaves, giving it a crisp, bright appearance. A slow grower compared to others, but worth the patience.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light to maintain variegation

  • Water: Allow top 3–4 cm of soil to dry out

  • Humidity: Average to high

  • Soil: Well-draining mix with perlite or pumice

  • Feeding: Monthly in active growth period

  • Notes: Too little light = more green, less marbling

🌱 5. Pothos ‘N’Joy Gold’ (likely Epipremnum aureum ‘Neon’ or similar cultivar)

A golden-leaved pothos with vivid chartreuse or lemon-lime foliage, bringing a splash of colour and brightness to your plant display.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light (too little will dull the colour)

  • Water: Water when soil is partly dry

  • Humidity: Tolerant of most indoor conditions

  • Soil: Standard mix with extra drainage

  • Feeding: Monthly with diluted houseplant fertiliser

  • Notes: Great for mixing with darker-foliage plants for contrast
