Primlet Rose 2ltr

The Primlet is an unusual, but strikingly effective looking plant that produces double and semi-double rose-like flowers that come in many different colors. The plants sit on top of a neat cluster of ovular, green leaves that are well textured with shallow ridges along the length. The flowers will display their full colour between February and May when their stunning colors and varied textures add a wonderful variety to your beds, border or containers.

How to grow Primlet plants



Primlet are sensitive to both over and under watering. Water your Primlet plant only when the soil is dry to the touch, and only so much that the soil becomes moist, and not wet. water from below the leaves so that the water doesn’t touch the stems or leaves which can cause them to rot. Only fertilize once every one to two months with water soluble fertilizer mixed at half strength. If you over fertilize you will find that your plant will not bloom the following year. Remove wilted or yellowing flowers regularly by removing the entire stem, this will encourage new growth throughout the flowering season.
