CALAMAGROSTIS acutiflora England Perennial Plant
This elegant ornamental grass produces wheat-like, feathered plumes that rise from narrow, arching leaves clumps. The top of the flowering spike slowly changes to a straw-like colour in autumn and early winter. These plants look great when woven into a border with other grasses or as part of a wild garden.
Where to grow Calamagrostis
Plant in a sunny position with well-draining soil. Keep the space free from strong, cold drafts.
How to grow Calamagrostis
Water enough to keep the soil moist but not wet, changing frequency as the weather changes. Fertilise with a diluted liquid feed once a fortnight in the summer and spring. In autumn, much around the base and trim away any dead foliage to allow new growth in spring.
This CALAMAGROSTIS acutiflora England comes in a 9cm Pot
