Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Monstera deliciosa ‘Mint Variegata’, often referred to as the Mint Monstera, is one of the rarest and most sought-after variegated forms of the iconic Swiss Cheese Plant. Native to the tropical rainforests of Central America, Monstera deliciosa is known for its enormous split leaves and tropical elegance, but the mint variegated form elevates this species into a true collector’s treasure.
The Mint Monstera displays unusual variegation: instead of clean white or yellow marbling, the leaves are splashed and speckled with soft mint-green tones, often in marbled or frosted patterns across the deep green leaf surface. This muted, pastel-like variegation gives the foliage a painterly, almost ethereal look, setting it apart from the more common Thai Constellation or Albo variegated Monsteras.
Mature plants develop the characteristic fenestrations (splits and holes) that make Monstera deliciosa so iconic. When combined with the minty marbling, the effect is highly ornamental, making each leaf a unique living artwork.
Requires bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. Too little light can cause the mint variegation to fade, while harsh direct sun can scorch the pale areas.
Water when the top 3–5 cm of soil feels dry. Keep soil lightly moist during the growing season but ensure good drainage. Reduce watering in autumn and winter. Overwatering is the most common cause of problems.
Temperature: Prefers 18–28°C. Avoid cold draughts and temperatures below 15°C.
Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity (60%+). Occasional misting or use of a humidifier helps prevent browning edges on variegated sections.
Use a chunky, free-draining aroid mix – peat-free compost enriched with orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir is ideal. Repot every 1–2 years in spring to refresh the soil and provide space for growth.
Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser every 2–3 weeks during spring and summer. Cut back feeding in autumn and stop in winter.
Remove any damaged or yellowing leaves to maintain appearance. Train onto a moss pole or trellis to encourage upright growth and larger leaves with dramatic fenestrations.
A moderately fast-growing climber. With climbing support, mature leaves can reach 60–90 cm wide, with intricate fenestrations and mint marbling.
Loss of variegation: Insufficient light.
Brown patches on pale areas: Direct sunlight or low humidity.
Yellowing leaves: Overwatering or poor drainage.
Pests: Occasionally thrips, spider mites, or mealybugs.
The Mint Monstera is one of the rarest variegated forms of Monstera deliciosa, treasured for its unusual pastel-green marbling. Its soft, frosted variegation offers a refreshing alternative to white or yellow variegated cultivars, making it a centrepiece plant for serious collectors. Like other Monsteras, it also contributes to improved indoor air quality.
