Yes! We accept returns for 7 days after the date of delivery for non-perishable items only. Please let us know within 3 days of delivery if you intend to return the item and a brief description why you are returning. We ask that you include your name and order number in the box to identify the return when we receive it.

Yes! Although you will need to be quick as we aim to dispatch the next working day. Once dispatched we are unable to cancel an order, however you can return the item to us for a full refund.

You will be updated by email when your order is being processed and dispatched. Once dispatched our courier partner will email you with tracking information and a delivery time slot.

If your plants arrive in a poor condition, please let us know as soon as possible and include photos of the item so we can assess the issue. One of our customer service team will guide you through the process of a return or refund.

If you receive something you haven’t ordered let us know as soon as possible and we will ensure the right plant is sent out. Our customer service team will be able to guide you through the process.
Yes! We love to supply plants to wholesale customers! We have recently supplied plants to a number of businesses, from office environments to retail businesses and restaurants. Check out our wholesale page to create an account.
Apologies we are an online only business, however we do hold a number of Open Days each year. Check out our events page for more info.
We have our very own plant boxes which hold our plants safe and secure. Boxes are printed with 'This Way Up' and 'Live Plants' to ensure the courier knows it's precious plants inside. All our packaging is eco friendly and 100% compostable or recyclable.
We pack and dispatch our plants Monday to Thursday and use a 24 hour courier service to ensure they arrive as soon as possible.
Yes! We love to talk plants. If you have any specific care questions we would be very happy to answer them, just drop us a message and we will come back to you as soon as possible!
All our plants are sent direct from the nursery to you. This means they are as fresh as possible, but does mean that we are unable to send specific plant photos apologies. Please note we work on a ten percent tolerance for heights of plant due to the nature of all plants being slightly different sizes.
We recommend adding a heat pack to your order when temperatures are below 8 degrees. These can be found on our accessories page and will help keep plants at an ambient temperature in transit.
Height and pot size are shown on each listing in centimetres. Height is measured from the floor to the tip of the plant.
