Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Sansevieria ‘Futura Superba’ is a compact and decorative cultivar of the classic Snake Plant, native to West Africa. Belonging to the Asparagaceae family, this variety combines the toughness of the species with a refined, ornamental look that makes it ideal for modern interiors.
It is characterised by its broad, upright leaves that grow in dense rosettes. The foliage is deep green with wavy, horizontal grey-green banding, edged with golden-yellow variegation. Compared to the taller Sansevieria ‘Laurentii’, the leaves of ‘Futura Superba’ are shorter and wider, giving it a stockier, more compact silhouette while still retaining an architectural presence.
Typically reaching 45–60 cm in height, this cultivar is perfect for smaller spaces such as desks, side tables, and shelves, but still bold enough to be a floor plant in groups. Its variegation and manageable size make it one of the most attractive snake plant cultivars for design-conscious plant lovers.
Highly adaptable. Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates medium and even low-light conditions. Can also withstand some direct sun, though avoid prolonged exposure to harsh midday light.
Water sparingly. Allow soil to dry completely before watering again. In spring and summer, this is usually every 2–3 weeks; in winter, reduce to once a month or less. Overwatering is the primary cause of issues and can lead to root rot.
Temperature: Prefers 16–26°C. Keep above 10°C and protect from frost.
Humidity: Tolerates low household humidity well; no extra misting required.
Use a free-draining cactus or succulent compost. A heavy pot is recommended to stabilise the plant’s upright leaves. Repot every 2–3 years in spring if the plant becomes root-bound.
Feed monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a diluted cactus or succulent fertiliser. Stop feeding in autumn and winter.
Remove any damaged or yellowing leaves at the base. Wipe leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust and enhance their natural shine.
A slow to moderate grower, forming dense clumps of upright rosettes. Mature plants may occasionally produce spikes of fragrant, greenish-white flowers, though this is uncommon indoors.
Yellow or mushy leaves: Caused by overwatering.
Wrinkled leaves: Indicates prolonged underwatering.
Pests: Rare, but spider mites or mealybugs may appear in very dry conditions.
Sansevieria has been cultivated for centuries as both an ornamental and symbolic plant, representing strength and resilience. NASA’s Clean Air Study also identified it as an effective air purifier, capable of removing indoor toxins. The ‘Futura Superba’ cultivar brings all these benefits in a compact, beautifully variegated form that suits both homes and workplaces.
