Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Begonia Beleaf ‘Asian Tundra’ is a striking hybrid begonia from the Beleaf series, developed for its compact habit, resilience, and spectacular foliage. Part of the Begoniaceae family, this cultivar is prized for its bold colour contrasts and textured leaves, making it a standout choice for houseplant collectors.
The leaves are large, asymmetrical, and slightly crinkled, with a dramatic palette of deep green to black bases accented with metallic silver and splashes of burgundy or ruby tones. The layered patterns create a sense of movement and depth, resembling an abstract painting. Each leaf is unique, and the play of colour intensifies under bright light.
Unlike cane begonias, the Beleaf series remains compact, typically reaching 25–35 cm in height. This makes it perfect for smaller interiors, desks, or windowsills while still delivering maximum visual impact. ‘Asian Tundra’ also produces small clusters of delicate pink flowers, though it is primarily grown for its stunning foliage.
Thrives in bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while too little light may dull the vivid colouring.
Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Avoid letting the plant sit in excess water, as begonias are susceptible to root rot. Reduce watering in winter when growth slows.
Temperature: Best in 18–26°C. Protect from draughts and avoid temperatures below 15°C.
Humidity: High humidity is essential to keep leaves vibrant and prevent crisping. Mist occasionally, use a pebble tray, or place near a humidifier.
Plant in a light, free-draining, peat-free compost with added perlite. Repot every 1–2 years in spring to refresh the soil and provide room for root growth.
Apply a diluted balanced liquid fertiliser every 2–3 weeks during spring and summer. Stop feeding in autumn and winter.
Remove any faded or damaged leaves at the base to keep the plant tidy. Pinch out new growth occasionally to encourage bushiness.
Compact and bushy, typically 25–35 cm tall. Leaves remain colourful year-round under the right conditions. Occasional flowering adds seasonal interest, but foliage is the main attraction.
Crisping leaves: Caused by low humidity.
Yellowing foliage: Overwatering or poor drainage.
Faded colours: Too little light.
Pests: May be susceptible to spider mites or mealybugs.
The Beleaf series was bred to combine ornamental beauty with compact size and easier care than traditional begonias. ‘Asian Tundra’ is one of the standout cultivars, known for its dramatic dark foliage and vibrant highlights, making it a favourite among collectors and plant stylists.
