Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Philodendron ‘Birkin Galaxy’ is a rare and highly ornamental cultivar cherished for its dramatic constellation-like variegation and elegant self-heading form. Building on the popularity of the classic Philodendron Birkin, the ‘Galaxy’ form features unique splashes, freckles, and speckles of white — scattered across deep green leaves like stars in the night sky.
Each leaf is glossy, oval-shaped, and thick with gently pointed tips. While the traditional Birkin displays fine, linear pinstripes, the Galaxy variation offers irregular spotting, dashes, paint-splatter patterns, and occasional marbled sectors. Every leaf is different, making the plant feel truly one-of-a-kind.
New leaves unfurl in rich green, then develop their galaxy speckling as they mature, creating a constantly evolving display. Compact, upright, and wonderfully decorative, Philodendron ‘Birkin Galaxy’ adds a playful yet refined vibrancy to homes, offices, and curated plant collections.
Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation and crisp markings. Tolerates medium light but may produce greener leaves with fewer speckles. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the foliage.
Allow the top 2–4 cm of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly, then let excess drain away. Overwatering is the most common issue — Birkin roots prefer consistent moisture but not soggy conditions.
Temperature: Ideal range is 18–26 °C. Avoid temperatures below 15 °C.
Humidity: Average household humidity is fine (40–60%), though higher humidity (60–70%) promotes larger, glossier leaves.
Use a light, airy aroid mix with excellent drainage. A blend of houseplant compost, perlite, coco coir, and orchid bark is ideal. Repot every 1–2 years or when rootbound.
Feed every 3–4 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser. Variegated plants benefit from consistent but gentle feeding to support growth.
Remove any yellowing or old leaves at the base to keep the plant tidy. Rotate regularly to maintain even growth. Wipe dusty leaves gently with a damp cloth to enhance shine.
A moderate grower that typically reaches 30–60 cm in height. As it matures, leaf size increases and variegation patterns become more pronounced. Growth slows in winter or lower light.
Yellow leaves: Often caused by overwatering.
Reverted (all-green) leaves: Usually insufficient light.
Brown tips: Underwatering or low humidity.
Pests: Watch for mealybugs and spider mites.
Philodendron ‘Birkin Galaxy’ is one of the most creative and visually surprising Birkin variations. Its scattered star-like variegation gives it a cosmic, artistic flair that sets it apart from the classic striped type.
Because every leaf develops different patterns, Galaxy specimens feel unique and collectible — perfect for plant enthusiasts who enjoy unusual variegation and the excitement of watching each new leaf reveal its markings.
This cultivar fits beautifully into modern, minimalist, Scandinavian, and tropical interiors, adding a touch of brightness and texture without overwhelming a space.
