Verbena

Verbena is a low-growing, mounding plant that produces small, clustered flowers in shades of purple, pink, red, and white. It is often used in containers, as a border plant, or as a groundcover in flower beds. Verbena prefers to grow in full sun to partial shade, and requires well-draining soil that is kept consistently moist.

One of the advantages of Verbena as a bedding plant is that it blooms continuously throughout the growing season, even in hot weather. It is also relatively easy to care for, and can be propagated through seed or stem cuttings in the summer.
