Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Epipremnum 'Jade' is a lush, solid-green variety of Epipremnum aureum (Pothos). Unlike variegated types like Golden Pothos or Marble Queen, 'Jade' has deep green foliage, making it excellent for low-light environmentsbecause it produces more chlorophyll.
Light: Pothos plants can grow in a range of lighting conditions, but they do best in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can burn the leaves. In low light conditions, the plant may become leggy and lose its vibrant coloring.
Water: Water your Pothos when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so be sure to let the soil dry out a bit between waterings. Pothos are fairly drought-tolerant, so it's better to underwater than overwater.
Soil: Pothos prefer a well-draining soil mix, such as a peat-based potting mix mixed with perlite or sand. The soil should be loose and airy to allow for good drainage.
Temperature and humidity: Pothos prefer temperatures between 60 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit (15 to 29 degrees Celsius), and they do well in average household humidity. If the air in your home is particularly dry, you can increase the humidity around your Pothos by misting the leaves or placing a humidifier nearby.
Fertilizer: Pothos are not heavy feeders, but they will benefit from a balanced fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Be sure to follow the instructions on the fertilizer package and do not over-fertilize, as this can cause leaf burn and other issues.
Pruning: Pothos are fast-growing vines, and they can become leggy if left to their own devices. Pruning your Pothos can help keep it bushy and full. You can pinch off the tips of the vines or trim back the plant as needed. Be sure to use sharp, clean scissors to avoid damaging the plant.
Propagation: Pothos are easy to propagate through stem cuttings. Simply cut a stem below a node and place it in water or soil. The cutting will root quickly and begin to grow a new plant.
