Pennisetum

Pennisetum is a genus of ornamental grasses that belongs to the family Poaceae. They are commonly known as "fountain grass" and are prized for their graceful, arching form and feathery plumes. Pennisetum plants are native to Africa, Asia, and Australia, and are now grown in many other parts of the world as ornamental plants.
